Hunter Parrish is a Certified Mediator in Texas for dispute resolution in civil litigation, with an emphasis on dispute resolution for business matters

prag·ma·tist
/ˈpraɡmədəst/
an advocate of the approach that evaluates theories or beliefs in terms of the success of their practical application.
Hunter Parrish offers an alternative to the uncertainty of a trial, a dispositive motion, or an appeal!
Mediation provides a unique opportunity for parties to review and resolve their dispute pragmatically, rather than adversarially. Hunter’s background in litigation allows him to understand the intricacies of disputes and identify creative solutions that are often needed to break through impasses. Hunter’s pragmatic approach focuses on the primary interests of each party and aims to craft practical solutions that address their core needs. When parties reach that important inflection point in the life of a lawsuit – to settle or forge ahead – remember, mediation provides a viable alternative to leverage the discovery and evidence they have gained into securing a pragmatic resolution. Hunter looks forward to exploring alternative solutions to the adversarial trenches that parties often find themselves after their cases are “ripe” for mediation (typically, a case is “ripe” for mediation once all discovery has been completed and the parties are prepared to proceed with summary judgment or trial).
“In my walks, every [person] I meet is superior to me in some way, and in that I learn from them.”
– Ralph Waldo Emerson
